Usability inspection: Novice crowd inspectors versus expert

This research study aims to investigate the use of novice crowd inspectors for usability inspection with respect time spent and cost incurred. compares results guided by a single expert’s heuristic (novice henceforth) expert inspection. Traditional evaluation methods are time-consuming expensive. Crowdsourcing has emerged as cost-effective quick means software evaluation. In this regard, we designed an experiment evaluate two websites web dashboard. The show that inspection: a) Finds same issues (w.r.t. content & quantity) b) Is than employing less duration. Based on findings study, can conclude inspection, average, gives in terms identified.
